The agent contacted us saying he had a potential buyer and came to view our property. Although it didn’t result in a sale, he was transparent about the situation and followed up appropriately. Communication was generally good. We did receive several follow-up emails later that felt more sales-oriented and less personal, but overall the interaction was professional and straightforward.
