We put our apartment on the market with a well established agent in November 2024. There were lots of viewings but no offers. A friend had sold in a few months and recommended the agent he had used Alon Meshel of Century21infinity. I was impressed by Alon's in depth market knowledge, reseach and his marketing plan was on a different level. I agreed to give him 6 months to sell our place. Within a month an acceptable offer was received, deposit paid and contract signed!
